1. Fish with Tamarind Gravy
Asam Pedas Ikan Pari
亚参酸辣鱼

A sour stew of fish, usually use at mackerel, tamarind, chili, tomatoes,okra and Vietnamese coriander in Malay we called daun kesum



2.Water Spinach with Shrimp Paste
Kang Kung Belacan
 蕹菜巴拉煎

Belacan Water Spinach Kangkung also spell as Kangkong that is similar to spinach. It is also known as the Water Convolvulus or  more commonly, water Spinach. that is one of the most popular Malaysian Nyonya vegetable dish and this is stir fried with a blend of chilies, dried shrimps and balacan also spell as belachan or blacan.



3. Chicken Pong Teh 
Ayam Pong Teh
娘惹马铃薯酱油鸡

A chicken stew cooked with tauchu or salted soy beans,  dark soy sauce, sugar and other ingredients. It is usually slightly-sweet , chili-free dish is a hit with kids and made daily in some Nyonya households and can be substituted as a soup dish in peranakan cuisine. 



 4. Melaka Nyonya Cendol
It is a smooth green rice noodles in chilled coconut milk and gula melaka as called as coconut palm sugar.
